How do I delete my account?
Open GeoBlitz → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, gameplay data, and leaderboard entries. Account deletion is processed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open GeoBlitz → Shop → Restore Purchases. Your Pro entitlement is linked to your Apple ID or Google account and will be restored automatically when signed into the same store account.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests must be submitted through them directly. For Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play: open the Play Store app → Account → Purchase History.
Can I play without creating an account?
Yes! GeoBlitz supports guest mode. You can play all game rounds without signing in. However, guest progress is stored locally on your device and cannot be synced across devices. Leaderboards and leagues require an account.
How do I export my data?
Open GeoBlitz → Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file containing all your personal data, gameplay history, and account information.
How does the league system work?
GeoBlitz has 5 league tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your league is determined by your Performance Rating (PR), which is updated after each game based on your score relative to the theoretical maximum. Leagues provide bragging rights and unlock achievements.
